1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the GMS platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
GMS provides a multi-tenant gym management SaaS platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscription & Payment
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use GMS to violate any laws, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
6. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you input into GMS. We do not claim any rights to your data. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction where GMS is registered.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
